All estimates and proposals provided by Full Cycle General Contracting are valid for a limited time as indicated in the document. Final costs may vary based on changes in project scope, material costs, unforeseen conditions, or client-directed modifications.

3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
  • Provide accurate and complete project information
  • Grant reasonable site access
  • Obtain necessary permits or approvals unless otherwise specified
  • Communicate changes or concerns in a timely manner

Failure to meet these obligations may result in delays or additional costs.

4. Payments
Payment terms will be clearly outlined in your project contract. In general:
  • A deposit may be required before work begins
  • Progress payments may be invoiced at set project milestones
  • Late payments may incur fees or result in work suspension

All payments must be made in accordance with the agreed-upon schedule.

5. Warranties
We may offer limited warranties on materials and workmanship as outlined in your contract. Warranty coverage does not extend to:

  • Work altered by a third party without our consent
  • Natural wear and tear
6. Limitation of Liability

Full Cycle General Contracting will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delays, disruptions, or misuse of our services. Our total liability is limited to the value of the contract in question.

7. Cancellations and Delays

Project cancellations by the client must be made in writing. Any incurred costs or completed work up to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly. We reserve the right to delay or reschedule work due to weather, labor shortages, supply issues, or other uncontrollable events.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
